is the visionary CEO of Blueways Marketing, a company dedicated to innovative solutions and exceptional service. Born and raised in Matoks Botlokwa, a small village near Polokwane, South Africa, Sylvester journey is a testament to resilience, hard work, and determination.

Sylvester studied International Public Relations Management but couldn't complete my diploma due to financial problems at home. Despite financial constraints that forced him to drop out of school, Sylvester remained determined to make a better life for himself. He eventually found a job and joined the business world in 2021, eager to learn and grow.

His big break came when he was invited to the Gala awards, where he met his future manager and camp manager, leading to a promise of promotion.

As a leader, Masete believes in being reliable, setting an alternative example, and providing daily feedback to his team. He emphasizes the importance of enjoying challenges, taking risks, and having individual conversations with team members every day.
